"I have no hesitation in recommending Cathryn’s Pilates class to beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners alike.   It is varied and interesting and Cathryn manages to provide individual input even in a group class of 8 or 10.  She has a ready ability to understand when to push on and when to refresh particular exercises and work within participant’s limitations.  Her demonstrations are clear and spot on.   I joined the class to strengthen my core because of a back problem and have noticed such a difference in even attending one class a week with the occasional bit of homework.  I really do notice it when I have to miss a class."
