Local classes for beginners 

I am currently running two classes designed for beginners or those who want a refresher of the basics.

  • Muir of Ord Pavillion, Tuesdays @6pm. This is a new beginners' programme starting 7th March and lasting 4 weeks . A small class introducing  the fundamentals of Pilates, plus a short video each week to practice at home. Classes last 1 hour and the 4 week block is £40.

  • Kirkhill Community Centre, Wednesdays @6pm. This is a class suitable for beginners, building on the basics.  Classes last 50 mins, the next block is for 5 weeks and costs £48.  I am offering an introductory session for this class on 22nd Feb.  The introductory session is for 50 mins & costs £10.  

All new clients will need to complete an enrolment form before joining and also bring their own mat.​

NEW BEGINNERS' PROGRAMME STARTING JANUARY 2023

This is a 5 week block of classes designed to introduce people to Pilates.  It is suitable for people who have not done Pilates before or who are returning after a break.

​

The classes will be small to allow individual coaching & support with the exercises.

​

Each class will be 50 minutes long and clients will receive a short video each week to continue their practice at home.   Clients will need to bring their own mat.


The new programme starts on 11th January 2023 at Kirkhill Community Centre.  It is £50 for the block.  All clients need to register in advance and complete an enrolment form.

NEW CLASSES FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH MS

October 2020

New seated Pilates classes for people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Over the summer I've been working with the MS Society team in Inverness to trial some seated Pilates classes. The principles of Pilates are so adaptable and it has been really rewarding to work with the group focusing on mobility, strength and coordination aiming to build overall confidence in movement. I'm delighted to have had some great feedback about the pilot classes and in conjunction with The Oxygen Works @theoxygenworks and MSS Inverness the classes will now continue as a regular feature .
